The agency work. Without the agency.
Add your domain. Crawvo’s agents track every ranking, fix your site, write articles that earn citations, and get you recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. You approve what ships, it goes live through your CMS, and its effect is measured.

01 — Services
Twelve specialists.
One subscription.
Each service is an agent with its own playbook, tools and data. They share one memory of your site, so the writer knows what the auditor found and the strategist knows what the competitor agent saw this morning.
- 01
Rank tracking
Daily positions by device, city and language, SERP features you own, and whether Google’s AI Overview cites you.
- 02
AI search visibility
How often ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and AI Mode recommend you, measured over repeated runs with confidence intervals.
- 03
Competitor intelligence
New pages, ranking gains, backlinks and AI citations your competitors won this week, with the move to answer each one.
- 04
Technical audit
80+ checks: indexability, canonicals, redirects, hreflang, rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, AI crawler access and orphan pages.
- 05
Fixes, shipped
Each issue becomes a pull request, a CMS change or a precise ticket. You approve; Crawvo ships and verifies.
- 06
Keyword and topic strategy
Clusters by SERP overlap, intent and business value, mapped to the page that should win each one.
- 07
Articles that get cited
Briefs built from the SERP and AI answers, sourced statistics and quotes, your first-hand expertise, fact-checked before you see it.
- 08
Content refresh
Finds pages losing clicks in Search Console and updates facts, sections and internal links before the decline compounds.
- 09
On-page and schema
Titles, headings, internal links, entity coverage and structured data that matches what’s on the page.
- 10
Digital PR and mentions
Maps the sites AI engines trust in your niche and drafts real editorial pitches to earn a place on them.
- 11
Local SEO
Business Profile health, NAP consistency across listings, review replies and local pack tracking for every location.
- 12
Reporting that proves it
Shipped changes are compared with similar pages we didn’t touch, so the monthly report shows what moved and what didn’t, and says plainly when a site is too small to tell.
02 — Method
The loop good agencies run monthly, running every day.
Four steps, on a schedule and on events like a core update or a competitor launch.
- 01 / 04
Measure
Rankings, Search Console, crawl data and AI answers, refreshed on schedule and on events like a core update.
- 02 / 04
Diagnose
Agents compare you with the pages and brands that win, and rank every opportunity by expected impact.
- 03 / 04
Ship
Fixes, articles, schema and pitches land in your approval inbox, then go live through your CMS or repo.
- 04 / 04
Prove
Each change is tracked against similar untouched pages, so you see real lift, not seasonality.
03 — Generative engine optimization
Be the answer, not a blue link under it.
AI answers now sit above the results and take a large share of clicks. Crawvo tracks the questions your buyers ask, measures how often each engine recommends you, maps the sources they trust, and changes the inputs those engines learn from.
- Weekly samplesEvery prompt asked on every engine, every week
- Wilson intervalsA mention rate is a range, so you never chase noise
- Source mapsWhich domains each engine cites, and which ones cite you

04 — The math
$10,000 a month buys you a team. This does the repeatable part of its work.
| Item | Typical SEO agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | $3,000 – $10,000 retainer | From $49 |
| Time to first audit | 2 – 4 weeks of onboarding | First crawl and AI visibility baseline the day you add a domain |
| Rank tracking | Weekly export | Daily for your keywords in each market, with AI Overview citations |
| ChatGPT and AI search visibility | Rarely measured | Weekly on every engine in your plan, with confidence intervals. Included, no credits |
| Technical fixes | A PDF for your developer | Shipped through your CMS or a pull request after you approve, then checked live |
| Where fixes live | Wherever your developer put them | In your own CMS or repository, not a script we inject. Every fix stays on your site if you cancel |
| Content | 2 – 4 articles a month | Briefs, drafts and refreshes on a plan |
| Proof of impact | Screenshots of good weeks | Shipped changes measured against untouched pages |
| Working hours | Business days | Checked every few hours, critical issues triaged within 24 hours |
05 — Evidence
Our playbooks cite their sources. So do we.
Every recommendation carries the strength of the evidence behind it: peer-reviewed research, Google’s own documentation, or large industry datasets. Tactics are retired when our experiments show they stopped working.
- [1]
Up to 40% more visibility in AI answers, in a research benchmark
Adding cited sources, quotations and statistics was the strongest tactic across generative engines; keyword stuffing did nothing.
Aggarwal et al., GEO, KDD 2024 - [2]
Engines have learnable preferences
Rules mined from what each engine favours rewrite content that gets cited more, and differ more by industry than by engine.
Wu et al., AutoGEO, ICLR 2026 - [3]
One check is noise
AI answers change from run to run, by wording and by language, so visibility has to be measured as a distribution.
Don’t Measure Once, 2026 - [4]
Most citations are earned elsewhere
In tested categories over 93% of ChatGPT and Claude citations came from third-party sites, not brand pages.

08 — Questions
Straight answers.
Can software really replace an SEO agency?
For much of the repeatable work, yes: tracking, audits, shipping approved fixes through your CMS, briefs, drafts, refreshes, forecasts, reports and AI visibility. It still needs you for the things only you know (what makes you money, your expertise for articles) and for approvals. It does not replace relationship work such as PR placements or stakeholder workshops: Crawvo researches and drafts, and you send or present. How much it achieves depends on how much of the approved work goes live, which every report shows.
Will AI-written content get my site penalised?
Google penalises scaled content made to manipulate rankings, whoever writes it. Crawvo caps output per site, requires a first-hand input from you for every new article, sources every factual claim, and recommends refreshing existing pages before adding new ones.
How do you measure visibility in ChatGPT?
We run a panel of real buyer questions through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Mode every week, record every brand mention and cited source, and report the mention rate with a confidence interval rather than a single screenshot.
Does Crawvo change my website without asking?
Never by default. Monitoring and analysis run on their own. Anything that changes your site or publishes content waits in your approval inbox. If you switch on Safe autonomy, low-risk edits such as titles, meta descriptions, alt text and internal links can ship on their own within a weekly cap and outside your freeze periods. Changes made through a CMS keep the previous value so they can be rolled back.
Which platforms can Crawvo publish to?
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost and any site in a GitHub repository (as pull requests). For other platforms Crawvo writes exact instructions for your developer.
Do I need llms.txt or special AI markup?
Google says no special files or schema are needed for AI Overviews, and studies find llms.txt is rarely read by AI crawlers. Crawvo focuses on what does matter: crawl access for each AI bot, indexable text, and being cited by the sites engines trust.
